Cowboy IT is a Veteran owned and operated small business, based in Gallup, New Mexico. Our CEO, Colby Cowboy, served in The U.S. Army, holds a B.A.S. in Business Adminsistration, and is a full blooded member of the Navajo Nation. He has over a decade and a half of experience as a Biomedical Equipment Specialist working in military hospital systems around the world. Our services range from professional consulting and planning through to repair and maintence, reguardless of industry.

What is your return policy?
I am a third party contractor. I do not sell systems. All worked performed and previous condition of equipment is documented by camera. It will be included in your completion inspection email. No returns.
Can I get a full refund?
Refunds are not given. A contract with the scope of work will be signed before any work is begun. If it is not in the contract, a second contract will be made and a new invoice for additional work will be generated. The new contract will will also need to be signed before work will continue.
